The job

Jess plays fairs, festivals, casinos, clubs, and theaters, sometimes with a full band and sometimes acoustic. The show has to travel light, sound great in every room, and scale up or down without starting over.

What I do

Manage touring and production, and co-own Grit & Grace Entertainment, the company that runs the project.
Rebuild the live show every year: the tracks, playback and control, sound, gear, and the band itself.
Design, build, and run the touring rig, including the console, in-ear monitors, wireless, and playback.
Hire the band and crew and lead rehearsals.
Advance every show with the venue: stage plots, input lists, riders, and day-of details.
Play guitar, keys, and backing vocals on stage.
Produce and edit our live video, including both 2025 highlight reels.
