My work with Mosaic happened in three connected phases.

I worked with Pastor Elaine Storm, Nick Storm, and the Mosaic leadership team.

Worship and Music Director, 2012-2016

I was on staff at Mosaic from 2012 to 2016, leading music for weekly services and running the AV team.

Original Worship Space Design & Buildout, 2014

As part of Mosaic's original 2014 worship space buildout, I led the audio, video, and lighting design and install within the larger team project. I picked the equipment, planned the room and system layouts, built stage and production structures, installed and programmed the gear, got the room ready for regular services, helped shape the worship experience, and trained staff and volunteers to run it. The new space opened to the public in November 2014.

AV and streaming upgrade, 2020-2022

When services moved online in 2020, they brought me back as an independent AV consultant to build a streaming and AV system that volunteers could run every week. This was a separate project from the 2014 buildout.

• Planned the upgrade in phases: PTZ cameras, presentation graphics, video switching, networked audio, and streaming.

• Programmed the video switcher and system presets, and reprogrammed them as their needs changed.

• Planned a hybrid setup so people could join in person or on Zoom.

• Trained the volunteer team on streaming, ProPresenter, and the full system.

• Wrote the technical manual and system overview they used to run it.
